Failed to save the deployment on Multi-Cloud Setup Console

I just added a new deployment for Okta identity provider as below:

How can I troubleshooting it? are there some logs to look at?

Did someone face the same issue?

I'm using QSE feb 2020 version.

Is the identity provider already set up and working with your QCS tenant?  It should be before you do this.

Does you QSEoW deployment use the same signed license as your QSEoCS tenant? 

If not, try copying your signed license from Cloud console and licensing your windows deployment with that, and try again.

Yes, QSEoW use the same signed license key as my QSEoCS tenant.
