Folder Data Connection

We are using Qlik Sense  Nov 2019 Release. Currently only the Root Admins or Content Admins can see the option for " Folder" when creating new connection. We would like every developer to have option of creating a folder connection. How can I do that? I see there is a default "FolderDataConnection" option in QMC

The Security Rule "DataConnection" prevents users from creating folder connections:

((resource.type!="folder"))

You could change that to 

((resource.type="*"))

Test before deploying.
