Folder connection in Qlik Sense Hub

I was working on the Desktop version and recently converted to the Hub or Qlik Server.   The server is not able to read the folder URL.  Keeps telling me it's an invalid path. 

I am using the remote path, but even at that point it's not recognizing the location of the file. 

Am I missing a step?

Did you ever get anywhere with this? I'm in a similar situation and kind of at a loss.

Make sure that the user on whose behalf the work Server service has access to specify a network path.
