Grant Read Permission to Data Model Viewer in a Published Application

I want to be able to grand read permission on a published app to the Data Model viewer.

There are a couple of threads I have looked at but not had success.

I thought by granting read permission for resource.OjectType = "LoadModel"

Would do it but I have not had any luck so far.

Same here, none of the solutions proposed are very secure - surely READ on ObjectType "loadmodel" should be all that is required.
