High Memory Usage Qlik Sense Repository Service

In Our Qlik sense February 2019 installation I am seeing high Memory Usage for Qlik sense repository services. We have only 4 small apps which are reloaded continuously. Normally it stays at 7 GB (Which is also high). After some time it increase and reached maximum(28 GB).

Yesterday the repository service App crashed also. The Qlog log and archive entries  size are 40 GB + and  and _deletedentitylog is 3 GB. WCan the huge size of repository Folder  cause such behaviour ?

In logs I can see below errors

Error while executing agent action: System.Data.Entity.Core.EntityException: The underlying provider failed on Open. ---> Devart.Data.PostgreSql.PgSqlException: Unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. ---> System.IO.IOException: Unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host↵↓ at System.Net.Sockets.NetworkStream.Write(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size)↵↓ --- End of inner exception stack trace ---↵
