Hi @manueldiaz If the license is a subscription model then ideally SLK will be included in the delivery email. For few products (Qlik sense core-based/token-based) needs to be activated via LEF. Hence Control number will be mentioned in the delivery email.
If you are looking for an SLK, reach out to the Customer support team with a license key and they will validate and provide the SLK.
