How could the anonymous user export data from integrated sense web page?

Hi all,

I have set up a sense server with anonymous mode. Now anonymous users can access hub and Apps in "everyone stream".

My question is how could I eport the data from sheets. I think it may be in security rules...., but i can't find the sulution till now.

Any one can help me about this? thanks.

Hi Zhou,

First of all Never Ever change or delete any default rule . If you did that , please re-install the Qlik Sense Server.

Secondly, By default every user has full rights , Anyone create security rule because to restrict any user for some permissions.

Lets talk about By Default rule Stream : The user should see the resource if he/she has read access to the stream it is published to.

Now when you have a use case where there are 5 apps in one stream and two users. Now you want to restrict first user to first 3 apps so you need to disable By default security rule  Stream . This is its funda,whenever you have any use case please go to by default rule look what rules says and do you need to disable it if yes what you need to create it .

Hi Rohit,

I have reinstalled the sense server, selected "Always anonymous user" in Anonymous access mode.  And disable the securty rule "ExportData". When I visit the hub, open an app and visit the sheet, I can load the menu "Export data" by right click the chart. But after that the "export failed. access denied" error appears again.

Should I give more information about my settings? Or some log? What should I do next?
