How to check and solve slow symptoms when using QlikSense App

I'm trying to check the symptoms below, but I'm at a loss.
How should I check?

1) Slow symptom in entering qliksense app

2) Frequently slow symptoms when pressing the search button on the sheet of the app

server information
QlikSense Version : 13.102.5
Windows 2019
RAM: 1TB
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) gold 6242R CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.09 Ghz (2 processors)
