How to fix an issue to get the list of users while setting up UDC with openldap

Hi,

Now I am setting up UDC with Openldap to get the list of users.

I can search the list of users via LDAP Admin tool on windows like below:

  

And then I set an UDC with the type of Generic LDAP like below:

And then I ran the associated task successfully like below:

Finally, I got the following messages on the log file without any users imported.

     Retrieved 0 entities from directory 'GENQSELDAP' of type Repository.UserDirectoryConnectors.LDAP.GenericLDAP

     Database done with 0 users and 0 groups in user directory (GENQSELDAP, 728dd342-1952-4ae3-a11e-ff640776124e)

Would you please guide me what the problem is and why it didn't get any users with just the message 0 users?
