How to paste full length in search on filter pane?

Dear Team

We need maximum length to paste in search. Right now its length is 255. My objective is, I copied a column from excel file and paste in filter pane or search on table. But whenever I paste on it, It is only pasted 255 charter. So, I can't filter all which I copy from excel.

How to solve this issue.
