How to use Operations Monitor: Total Reloads

Hello Everyone,

I am a little newer to Qlik. I am trying to learn the operations monitor. I would like to know why there is a sheet for Reloads? What do the following represent, and what sort of issues might they indicate?

Total Reloads:

Reloads per Day:

Avg Reload Duration:

Reloads Last 24 Hours:

Reload Count and Duration Trend:

and What are Reload Failures?
