Hyperlink in table

Qlik Sense Enterprise 2.1.1

I'm trying to create a hyperlink which is clickable. The underlying data is as follows

country,id,directlink

England,1234567890,https://server.domain.com:0000/file?id=11234567890

There are lots of discussions on this with regard using <url> in an expression, but this is just treated as text.

Is this even possible, with 2.1.1 ?
