Insight Bot - NLU Service Configuration

Hello I am installing Insight Bot February 2020 and am struggling on page 20 step 10 of the deployment guide. I have https://localhot:5000 for NLU Service Configuration as it says to do in the directions. However I get the attached error when I press the "Configure NLU" button.

We have the same issue...

the url is "https://localhost:5000"

We also noticed that when you start Narrative  and NLU services, the Webchat service stops and vice versa. Is this normal behavior

Hi There,

I had a similar issue but found the my root.pem file was not in C:\ProgramData\Qlik Insight Bot\Certificate (The client & server ones where there)

Once I put it there the services start OK.

Thanks, that did the trick. 

Cause now i see we can have all services (Narrative, NLU and Webchat) running.😁
