From the log it shows the Qlik Sense version number as 1.1.0.0. I would try downloading the latest release (V2.0.2) and retrying the installation.
Also, can you confirm if you ran this using elevated privileges (right click > Run As Administrator) as the log file shows it was run in an "unelevated" state and this may have also contributed to the issue?
