Internal IP vs Official IP - Qlik Sense?

Hi,

I have set up a DNS and when I am using that to point at the Official (Public IP) it works, but when I am trying to reach the server while you are on LAN (which is pointing towards internal machine server IP) it doesn't work. Is there anywhere in QMC I can change the IP it is pointing to? It is almost as if the installation is pointing towards the public ip and not the internal, even if you are on the internal net.
