Is it possible to add users from two seperate Active Directory (AD) groups and allocate license?

Hi all,

Is it possible to add users from two seperate Active Directory (AD) groups and allocate license?

For example we want users belonging to Sales, and Marketing (two seperate AD groups) to automatically get a license when they try to log in.

Can anyone tell me how to do this please?
