Issue with Detailed Consumption Report (Data Capacity) – AUDITS-16 error
Hi all,
My tenant is using a Capacity subscription, and I’m trying to generate the Detailed Consumption Report (Administration → Settings → Tenant → Distribute).
However, I’m always getting the following error:
No usage data is available yet, try again tomorrow The detailed consumption data for this license was not present. Error code: AUDITS-16
Context:
Product: plan-oem-qlik-cloud-analytics-premium
User Role: Tenant Admin (+ Private Analytics Content Creator)
There are already imports and reloads executed
Reloads were done in Shared and Managed spaces (not Personal)
Same error when trying the Automation Template "Capacity consumption app deployer"
My main goal is to understand in detail how much Data Capacity is being consumed.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows:
If there is a delay before usage data becomes available? For me it was already 2 weeks with the same error.
If there are any prerequisites for this report to work?
Or if this feature is limited for this type of subscription?
At least for now, to understand how much data is consumed in a reload (when loading data from Snowflake), can I assume that the value returned in the loadExternalBytes field from the API represents this consumption? (/api/v1/apps/{appId}/reloads/metadata/{reloadId} )
