I am facing issues with the Amazon S3 V2 connection in Qlik SaaS.
The setup is as follows:
The S3 data connection is created and located in a shared space.
It was originally owned by one team member, and everyone else was able to utilize the connection and pull data and reload connected apps.
However, after updating the AWS credentials (Access Key ID and Secret), only the connection owner is now able to perform reloads. Other users - even with access to the shared space and apps - are getting reload failures. We had updated it last month as well, but no such problem occurred during that time.
This is breaking shared workflows, and we’re unable to use the same connection collaboratively as we did earlier. For other users to get access to this connection, they need to update same connection with Access Key ID and Secret key.
Could anyone recommend approach for creating this reusable connections? And does anyone know why this issue started happening only recently?
