We are currently using Qlik Sense Nov 2019 Release Patch 6. We have a Single node Dev environment and Prod env is (Central +1 Rim Node). We just noticed that the Prod environment us not showing the minutes usage on the license monitor. In the QMC it says 2700 minutes used but those minutes are not assigned to any App or User. I tried the test app in prod and asked the user to access it he did but the License monitor didnt reflect that after the reload. However the Log file do she the analyzer minutes along with userids. Dev is working perfectly fine.
