License error: "There was an error when getting license information from the license server"

Hi!

After successful qlik sence server (september 2019) installation, I'm trying to update license info with Signed license key. But there is an error: "There was an error when getting license information from the license server". All ports are open and firewall is off.  Has anyone encountered such a problem?
