Login problems - external domain users- QS

Hi,

We have a single server Qlik Sense installation on our internal Domain.

I have synced users from our domain and our external domain and that works.

But the users from the external domain cannot login.

I only get "login Failed" and nothing more.

Do anyone have any input on this?

I cant find anything blocking in the firewall etc.

If you want to use the standard NTLM authentication, Qlik Sense need to be on the same user's domain. In your case you need to consider to use a different Authentication solution for (at leaset) those which come from an external domain.
