Logs Information on Applications Changes

I want to catch information about changes on applications/Objects :

Which User Made Which Changes (delete, add...) on which Application/Objects/Graphics ....?

How do i found this level of details in the logs in Qlik Sense?

The Audit activity log should have this information. Also, refer to Qlik Support article Qlik Sense: Working with audit logs to check user activity on sheet/app level.
