Logs not showing in Operation Monitor

Hi, I have created on task in QMC. From QMC I'm running the task but while tried to look into the Operation monitor --> task details. I can't able to find the task details. Any suggestions ? This is for direct server. 

Another Ex:

1. Having 2 server. Central Node and RIM node. Both are configured and working. 

2. Created load balancing for the same. Created one node and mapped into RIM node. 

3. Created one task and running manually and it was successful. Also from QMC task screen able to see the logs. But how to check whether the load is balancing or not ? below is the screen shot.

Question:

Created the RIM and Central node and task also mapped. Its running fine. But how to prove this? Also not showing this one in Operation Monitor under Task details.
