After careful consideration, I am reaching out to inquire about an error message on behalf of a customer.
Customers have reported that when their full user license is full, the following message is displayed when clicking on an accessPoint:
Message: Access is denied. The server does not have USER CALs corresponding to the user account.
Contact your system administrator. 31
Now, I would like to replicate the same situation. I have attempted various methods, but I am unsure of how to trigger the specific message.

We are currently using version 12.40.20200.
We are planning to upgrade to version 12.70.
