Message: Access is denied. The server does not have USER CALs corresponding to the user account.

Hello, I hope this email finds you well.

After careful consideration, I am reaching out to inquire about an error message on behalf of a customer. 

Customers have reported that when their full user license is full, the following message is displayed when clicking on an accessPoint:

Message: Access is denied. The server does not have USER CALs corresponding to the user account.
Contact your system administrator. 31

Now, I would like to replicate the same situation. I have attempted various methods, but I am unsure of how to trigger the specific message.

If possible, I kindly request guidance on the following:

  1. How to get the same error message to appear
  2. Whether it is possible to modify the content of the displayed message, and if so, how to make those modifications.
  3. How to add user license

We are currently using version 12.40.20200.
We are planning to upgrade to version 12.70.
