We are currently using Qlik Sense November 2024 with the latest patch installed.
We have observed this issue in multiple Qlik Sense environments, including those used by other clients. This confirms it is not an isolated issue specific to our installation.
We’ve encountered an issue in the Operation Monitor application. On the Session Details sheet, the App field is showing blank values for certain users during a specific time period.
However, when we check the same time period and same session records in the Session Monitor application (which we imported separately), the App field is correctly populated.
This suggests that the data is being collected correctly, but for some reason is not displayed properly in the Operation Monitor application.
Help us understand why this discrepancy is happening and how to ensure that the App field in Operation Monitor displays the correct data?
You can update the Monitoring app by going to that specific sheet / chart and adding the App column again.
