Missing Thumbnail when duplicating app

Hi All,

when I'm duplicating an published app, the main thumb image misses.

I can access again the app, edit the thumb, insert the same image, but I need to do it all the time after duplicating the image back to "my work".

I do have all privilegies CRUD in QMC.

I've tried the community but most we have only information about how to do, not how to solve a different problem.
