Multi-node servers: Is it possible to have one node for user sessions and another for reload tasks?

Hello,

In a multi-node server architecture, is it possible to have one node only for user sessions and another for reload tasks?

If so, how do you practically configure the servers to be like that? Any help would be great!

Essentially what we want to do is split the user related activities and reloads related activities.
