New Qlik Server

Hi Everyone,

Recently my client has moved to AWS landing zone.

They have given us 2 new servers and replicated(Using snapshot) our old Qlik Sense Prod and Dev server to those 2 new servers.

But Qlik Sense on servers is not working.

We have checked the new server and it is exactly same as the old one with all Qlik Sense files.

Can anyone please tell some possible reasons why our Qlik Sense is not working in the new servers.

** Qlik Sense is still active on old servers and we use signed license key.

If you meant IP Address then yes it has changed but if you are talking about Host Name it is the same as before.

Hello, 

Maybe you have to recreate certificate juste like the KB below :

If you do that, you will have to re-enter passwords in your dataconnection.

Also, can you send qlik sense logs  ?
