Was able to download dashboard / sheets to excel within office 365 but now not able to. This is just one user. Cleared cache and did a reboot of the PC still no luck. This just stopped.
Person just gets the message something went wrong, please try again.

Check the QVS logs any warnings for this?
We are using Qlik Cloud version

Why would it be Qlikview when we have Qlik https://wtqsense.us.qlikcloud.com is our URL? We moved from Qlikview on prem to go to Qlik in the cloud.
