ODBC Excel User Directory

i have read multiple Pots on this topic now but it doesn't mater which one I try it doesnt work.

Our Set-UP

- Qlik Sense (version Dezember 2022)

- 2 Nodes which are synched 

- Office 2013 (we also tried 2016 and newer) 

- all the drivers are up to date (Acces, Excel ...) 

- We used the files form the Forum (2 Sheets, 1. ID and 

What we did:

We tried multiple times with the first link which is more detailed then  the others. 

- we even tried a netwerk path...

- with .xlsx and .xls

Hi Your user name and user directory does not match. The user directory has upper case.

Thanks, I changed it but it is still not working.
