Permissions to Deleting a Published App

We are trying to give a user the ability to delete published applications that he owns. In QMC, we created a new security rule that gives him all actions on all resources he owns but it is not working.

The parameters used are:

Resource Filter: *
Actions: All
Conditions: resource.owner = user and user = user
Context: Both in hub and QMC.

the user is not an admin.

Hi, I think that "resource.owner = user" should be enough, maybe "resource.owner = user or resource.app.owner = user"
