Private Browsing error in Internet Explorer / Windows 10

Hi - One of my users is getting the error message "Qlik Sense cannot be used since private browsing is turned on in your web browser. Please turn off private browsing to continue working".

Except Private Browsing is NOT turned on; in fact it is disabled in the registry and the group policy. Please help!!
