Problem in opening qlik hub or qmc on server browser by chrome

I've recently upgraded to Qlik Sence in Feb 2020. since then I can't open Qlik on the server by chrome! For hub, it continues to refresh and for QMC, it says "Unexpected error"

These are the fact I learned:

  • No difference which Qlik user you try
  • my chrome version is 62
  • we use windows server 10
  • There isn't any problem with clients (we can see both by chrome remotely)
  • I can open them by IE but for QMC before opening it says "content from the website listed below is being blocked by the internet explorer enhanced security configuration" [I've put Qlik in the trusted list.]

I tried these ways but they didn't solve it:

I don't have any other ideas to try. please help us.

@parviz_asoodehfard, you mentioned version 62 of Chrome, which is a bit old. Have you tried latest and greatest? (v. 80) Also, for IE, have you tried disabling Protected Mode and/or Enhanced Protected Mode in a controlled fashion for testing purposes?

Thank you, I've updated chrome to the latest version and it solved.
