Problem with uploading an external certificate

The external certificate works in the Qlik May 2024 Patch 8 environment. I do the same thing in the new environment: I import the MMC certificate, grant permissions for QseService, add it in Proxy/Security/ThumbPrint, and after that, I can't log in to Qlik using the new URL with the external certificate. I enter the login password and it keeps returning to the "enter the login password" window. The proxy logs are empty, nothing. Please help me figure out what the problem is. I'm currently using the May 2026 Patch 1 version.

Hi

Check any spaces or hidden chars or like breaks

And check the permissions

Check it's actually using the new certificate or not

Hi @Bartosz

Can you confirm that the newly imported certificate has a private key?

Hello
The qseservice user has full permissions in mmc to access the certificate.
There are no hidden characters in the key print.
