We have 2 users that have been allocated professional licences on Qlik Sense but the expected functionality is not coming through. This functionality works based on AD groups that have been allocated to both users. The functionality is working for other similar users but not for them.
There aren't any quarantined licences, so I'm not sure why t isn't working.
