QS Runtime Error! R6025 pure virtual function call

Hi I'm using the desktop version of Qliksense 2.2.4

computer spec:

Capture.JPG

I have been using this version successfully for several months until yesterday.  i now get the following errors:

which leads to:

qliksense stopped working.png

We have reinstalled, tried to repair but nothing has worked.

Please can you help.
