Qlik QMC Utilities issue

Hi to all,

we are facing issue with QMC utilities - App Mover. Screen Shot 2018-07-12 at 09.30.04.png

Process get stuck every time at "Getting app(s) from: server name. When we try to refresh page, we get result "page is not available". Than we have to restart service. But when we try to move the app after restarting service and accessing page, issue repeats. Any ideal how to get it to work?
