Hi all,
I have a question. In our Qlik SaaS environment at customers we normally use a service account to run all automations, schedules, and data connections etc.
Now one of our customers wants to get rid of the service account because of security reasons. What I've experienced before is that executions of automations and schedules fail as soon as a user account gets deleted because someone leaves the company for example so I'm hesitant to change everything to a user account.
Does someone have any suggestions on how to approach this?
