Qlik Sense DNS errors

Hi! We have a lot of errors like

Unexpected exception when trying to serve /resources/lottie-web.32393bc39052925df809.js	The specified network name is no longer available

in the system repository logs.
What timeout is used in Qlik Sense? Are there any timeout settings we can change?

Hi @BuTbka  there are many possible reasons for the error you are reporting. 

Refer to this article If the issue is DNS related you will need to involve your network admins to troubleshoot.

I think that sometimes Qlik Sense does not receive a response from the DNS server.

It seems that Qlik Sense is not using the DNS cache.

If I'm right, then why?
