Qlik Sense Desktop 2.2 won't open

I have had Qlik Sense Desktop 2.1 on my computer for a while. When downloading and installing the update to 2.2 it appears successful, but now nothing opens. It shows as a background process in my task manager but does not open any windows. Please help, thanks.

Hi

Did you try to uninstall Qlik Sense 2.2 ( first save backup folder in Qlik and APP and EXT folder two )

Then reinstall

I have. A few times. I have tried running straight from internet explorer, downloading and running, downloading and running as an administrator. Nothing has worked.
