Qlik Sense Desktop Open Port

Hello again, guys! Thanks for helping with Qlik, you're a great community

So, today I have the following question: can I open a port 4848 for remote connections for qlik desktop? I've tried to add windows firewall rule for this port, and it works for simple node server opened on this port. But not for Qlik Sense Desktop. Is it possible and how to open this port?

Port 4848 is only open for local access (localhost:4848). Remote access is not allowed.
