Qlik Sense Installation failure

Hi all,

One of my customer tried to install Qlik Sense but failed, the below error prompted.

The customer is running on Windows 7 64 bits, and he install Qlik Sense with administrator rights, the same message prompt when installing and uninstalling Qlik Sense. I’ve attached the Log file for reference.

Does anyone have idea how to solve it?

Hi Paddy - try this

• log in with user creds
• go to: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\QlikSenseBrowserCache
• Delete: QlikSenseBrowserCache
• Reboot
• Reinstall
