Hello,
I have Installed Qlik Sense Server on my Laptop. All the services are running but I cannot access my Management Console.
I did the test using IE and Chrome , but I have the same message Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
I did check the Proxy settings and change the parameter in Skype to avoid port 80 usage.
Any suggestion ?

If you could attach the log files (C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log) to this post we can review them and see if we can find out what's causing the issue.

Allo Phillippe, Sense is by default configured with Https:// and so port 443 is an issue too and is also used by skype.
If you stop skype and exit and restart the sense proxy service are u good.
the above error will appear in the logs as well as Pierce mentions.
I will check it.

From what I see, the Repository Service isn't started.
Also, there is no Repository logs. Is the service actually running? Can you post a screenshot of the Services? One thing to review is the Event Viewer logs for the OS to see if there is anything there.
