Qlik Sense Mobile iOS Version 1.6.1 - app does not use VPN

We have following problem with new iOS Qlik Sense Mobile:

If we install the app on a new device, following error occurs, when we wanted to connect to qlik server:

Free translation: "You have to connect to qlik sense server at least one time for showing content without internet connection. Be sure that the connection works and retry."

It seems that the qlik app does not activate the vpn connection, so that the app thinks that there is no connection to the network.

On devices where there was already the older version of iOS Qlik Sense Mobile installed and where we updated the app, the connection works correctly.

There Qlik app activates the vpn connection when we choose the server.

Today we solved the problem by deinstall and reinstall the qlik sense mobile app.
