Qlik Sense SAML with SecureAuth

anyone has any luck with SAML and SecureAuth?

We are having troubles to configure it. Followed the youtube video for onelogin and did all the steps described in help and we cannot get past step 3 as shown on this picture. Sense does not want to redirect request to our secureauth server and we are getting HTML 500 error.

in a log file, I see these errors / warnings

Authentication required, redirecting client@http://10.161.131.165:62316/ to https://oursite.com:4244/windows_authentication/?targetId=fd66e3f3-b0b0-4bd1-9cb4-b4ba9f12c9de
