I was trying to install SSL certificate to Qlik Sense, I followed the steps and pasted the thumbprint in place. But apparently it didn't work. And now I can't access the QMC. How can I fix this?
Worse comes to worst, you can delete the certificate from MMC on the Windows side then restart the Proxy. It should fail to find the cert and revert back. As for _why_ this happened in the first place, I'd encourage a support ticket.
