Hi, I'm using Qlik Sense 2023 version.
Usually I will issue Qlik license for the user.
I will follow below steps,
1. Adding the user using LDAP filter.
2. Once added, I will allocate the license to the respective user from License management.
Issue: Currently users are automatically getting added in the USER list without running a task.
Could you please suggest how automatically user added ? Is it anything fetch from DB ? If yes, how to check the Qlik Sense database tables?
@Ray_Strother Yes we have Active Directory in the User directory connector and also scheduled in the task.
In this User directory connector section, we have column like
"Sync user data for existing users" is check box is true.
@Ray_Strother Usually I will run the task based on LDAP filter. So first the user will be add in the Qlik Sense users. Then I will allocate the license via License Management.
But now automatically the users is adding.
