Qlik Sense access through internet & WAF

I am trying to publicly expose the qlik sense server on internet. The server is placed in a DMZ. It works fine locally. It is also accessible through the public IP address assigned to the server.

However, since we have configured Barracuda WAF, the DNS is mapped with the WAF Public IP which redirects to the server public IP. When I access the application through the DNS, I can log in and access the hub. When I select a dashboard, I receive the error: Unknown Error and then the dashboard keeps loading for hours but it never opens (screenshot attached). I receive no errors in WAF logs either.

Ports opened:

  • 443
  • 4242
  • 4244

Are there any security restrictions that are causing this error?

It could be any Antivirus or packet filtering happening. Please run the developer tools on the browser when reproducing the issue, it should provide you more information what is going on.

It could be any Antivirus or packet filtering happening. Please run the developer tools on the browser when reproducing the issue, it should provide you more information what is going on.
