Hi JO4,

I don't believe Mac OS is supported for QS Desktop. You would either have to RDP to a virtual machine with Windows installed or login to a QS enterprise installation through their browser

Let me know if this makes sense.

We are using Active Directory to authenticate our users.  Our Mac users have to login using the Domain\UserID.  Our Windows users can login with just their UserID.

If you are in need of desktop, the requirement is 64-bit windows OS which you can try with virtualization or rdp. Otherwise, all clinets/cloud from qs would work in browser irrespective of OS.

This problem resides in Qlik Sense for Enterprise for Windows. MacOS users have to type their user credentials in the format of <Domain>\<User ID>. Would be nice to not having to login manually like the Windows users.
