Qlik Sense services are getting restarted automatically

Hi ,

we have Qlik sense multinode environments having 12 nodes (1 Central, 7 RimNodes and 4 Scheduler Nodes) . we have observed Rimnodes and Scheduler nodes are intermittently restarting automatically. does any one facing this kind of issue. If yes please let me know with action points you have taken to resolve this issue.

Qlik Sense version : QS November 2020 Patch 7

Hi @Nareshgp,

Qlik Sense service restarts is typically associated with resource exhaustion.  Suggest you start by performing log review, narrowing down when the issue occurred and checking for any errors or warnings occurring around this time.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately nothing has been written in the Qlik Sense logs and Event Viewer logs when the Auto restart happened. Moreover services getting restarted during the weekends as well. I will check the articles provided by you and will contact Qlik support on this issue.
